Inverted-V dipole length and geometry
Start from a half-wave dipole and apply apex-angle shortening to derive leg length, horizontal span and apex height.
Shorter apex angles pull the feedpoint upward; keep ends at least one body length above ground.
A correction factor approximates the slightly reduced resonant length compared with a flat dipole.
